What we collect

Contact and application forms collect the details you choose to provide, including your name, email, optional phone number, location, questions, household information, and puppy preferences.

How we use it

We use submissions to respond to inquiries, review potential placements, and communicate about our program. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing or reserve a puppy.

Storage and access

The website is designed for hosting on Vercel and storing submissions in Supabase. Access to submissions is restricted to authorized program administrators. Public visitors cannot browse application or contact records.

Security and cookies

We use essential cookies for administrator sign-in. Public forms use a signed, time-limited token and a hashed network identifier to limit abuse. The abuse counter does not store your raw IP address and old counters are removed as new submissions arrive. Hosting and database providers may retain their own security logs.

Retention and requests

We retain inquiries while they are relevant to communication and placement decisions. Contact us through the contact page to request access, correction, or deletion of your submission. Records needed for an existing agreement or legal obligation may be retained separately.

Links to outside resources have their own privacy practices. This website does not collect payment card details or publish applicant information.
