A FEW THINGS YOU MAY BE WONDERING

Good questions. Clear answers.

The details matter when you’re bringing home a companion. If your question isn’t here, we’re happy to discuss it in writing.

Where are you located?

Our program is based in Johnson City, Tennessee. Our home address is shared privately when a visit or pickup is arranged.

How do I apply for a puppy?

Use the application page. You can select a currently available puppy or submit a general application for a future match. We review applications and follow up in writing.

Does applying reserve a puppy?

No. A reservation happens only after availability is confirmed and the individual written terms are agreed. We do not take payments through this website.

Do you have both long-coat and smooth-coat puppies?

Coat type varies by puppy and litter. Check each published profile or ask us about future plans. We cannot promise a particular coat, color, or sex will be available.

Can you guarantee adult size?

No. Growth estimates can change, and adult weight cannot be guaranteed. A puppy’s needs, health, and suitability for your home come first.

Do you offer “teacup” Chihuahuas?

Teacup, micro, and toy are descriptive terms rather than separate recognized Chihuahua breeds. We do not intentionally breed for extreme size. Any particularly small puppy is considered individually and needs additional care and screening.

When can a puppy go home?

Readiness is assessed individually. Particularly small puppies may stay until 10–12 weeks or later. A date shown on a profile remains subject to that puppy’s readiness and the written placement agreement.

What health records and paperwork will I receive?

Ask us to confirm the documents for your particular puppy before you commit. Review registration terms, available health records, care instructions, disclosures, and any written health guarantee in the individual agreement.

Can I visit before choosing?

Ask us about a planned visit. Visits and pickup are by appointment, with arrangements based on puppy age, welfare, and our household schedule.

Do you arrange transportation?

Travel options are discussed individually. Confirm availability, costs, and appropriate arrangements before committing to a puppy.

How much are your puppies?

Our usual ACA/CKC prices are $1,800 for males and $2,200 for females; usual AKC prices are $2,200 for males and $2,500 for females. Individual pricing is confirmed in the profile and agreement.

How can I contact you?

Use our contact form for questions or our application form to introduce your family. We follow up in writing.
