What to review
Before payment, ask for your puppy’s written agreement, known health disclosures, available vaccination and deworming records, registration details, and the go-home care plan. Confirm which documents and supplies are included for that puppy.
Reservations and deposits
Availability must be confirmed personally. Deposit amount, refund conditions, payment methods, and cancellation terms are explained in your individual written agreement. This website does not collect payments.
Size and readiness
“Micro,” “toy,” and “teacup” are descriptions, not separate recognized Chihuahua breeds. We do not intentionally breed for extreme size or guarantee adult weight. Particularly small puppies require stricter screening and may remain with us until 10–12 weeks or longer, depending on their needs.
Very small puppy placements
If a particularly small puppy is offered, pricing is discussed individually and may range from $4,000–$6,000. Families must be prepared for frequent feeding, close supervision, and a care plan suited to that puppy.
Health and registration
Registry paperwork does not guarantee health or breeding suitability. Ask about specific parent testing, veterinary findings, and any written health guarantee. The terms in your signed puppy agreement govern that placement.
Pickup and travel
Pickup is by appointment. Transportation availability, costs, and welfare considerations are agreed before committing. We do not publish our home address online.
