Choosing a companion should feel clear, personal, and unhurried. Here’s how we get to know your family and prepare for your puppy’s next chapter.
Tell us about your home
Complete a puppy application, either for a particular available puppy or for a future match. Tell us about your household, other pets, experience, and care plan.
Talk through the match
We review your application and follow up in writing. We discuss your questions and each puppy’s needs. An application alone does not reserve a puppy.
Review before you reserve
Read your puppy’s specific written agreement, health disclosures, included records, price, and any deposit or cancellation terms. Payments are arranged directly after those terms are agreed.
Prepare for go-home day
We confirm readiness individually and agree on pickup or travel arrangements. Ask for the feeding routine, care instructions, registration details, and records that accompany your puppy.
Settle in together
Keep the first days quiet and follow the agreed routine. Arrange your veterinarian visit according to your written agreement and contact us with transition questions.
A little extra care for very small puppies
We do not intentionally breed for extreme size. A particularly small puppy may need a later go-home date, frequent feeding, and a home able to provide close supervision. Read our size and placement policies before applying.
